We primarily apply problem solving approach to knowledge awareness, capacity building, competencies adaptation and application. Our team of training facilitators are all current or past employees of Donor Partners and Implementing Partners of international NGO/Development sector projects ranging from previous Country Directors, other Senior Management level staff and high level Consultants

    • Online and Onsite with Case study, practically applied teaser (question & answer sessions) to promote adaptive application 
    • Course comes with excel work tools trainees will be guided to adapt to their work schedule to enable ease of application after the training session
  • Suitability:
    • Beginners and Managers interested in deepening their skill sets for optimum performance within the NGO work environment

NGO Procurement Management

Our training focus includes;

  1. Procurement Management components, definition of key words, Procurement process Triple Constrains, Compliance and Transparency requirements

  2. Procurement Management segregation of duties and assignment strategy, Donor rules and regulations, Humanitarian and Development sector principles

  3. Procurement Action Planning, Assumptions, Constraints and process Tracking

  4. Procurement process monitoring, control, Evaluation and overall performance reporting

  5. Procurement process stakeholders' identification and management, performance evaluation, on-boarding and common challenges

  6. Procurement process initiation protocols

  7. Procurement administration protocols

  8. Procurement close out protocols and conflict of interest 

  9. Procurement and Finance team process collaboration tool

  10. Procurement Nuts & Bolts (Process alignment and control)

Through our training needs assessment form, we identify the current gaps trainees have.  A suitable and fully adequate curriculum is developed to address the gap. 

To ensure right outcomes are attained;

Trainees gain the following;

  • Knowledge of root cause of the problem.  This happens naturally without trainees being told what they are

  • Knowledge of the solutions.  This also becomes easy for the trainees as they also are able to contribute to this easily

  • Trainees are easily able to know the best approach to apply to their challenges and issue arising.

Two weeks post training session support (online) is made available to trainees to ensure application challenges are well managed
