Customized Training

Through our training needs assessment form, we identify the current gaps trainees have.  A suitable and fully adequate curriculum is developed to address the gap. 

To ensure right outcomes are attained;

  • Case study is applied

  • Teasers and practical sessions are engaged in to enable trainees gain the following;

    • Knowledge of root cause of the problem.  This happens naturally without trainees being told what they are

    • Knowledge of the solutions.  This also becomes easy for the trainees as they also are able to contribute to this easily

    • Right application of the solutions within their routine tasks.  Trainees are easily able to know the best approach to apply to their challenges and issue arising.

  • Two weeks post training session support (online) is made available to trainees to ensure application challenges are well managed
