Duration: Indicatively 6 months (based on funding)
Salary Range: 2,100,000–2,400,000 NGN monthly gross

Scope of work
Develop capacity-building training and learning modules based on tools/systems created within the 3iS project; conduct trainings with health and nutrition staff across different states; ensure alignment with regional/global strategies under supervision of the Project Manager.

Key duties
- Design and deliver tailored capacity-building modules (online/in-person)
- Roll out trainings on health & nutrition IM systems/tools
- Travel to project locations to deliver trainings and coaching
- Troubleshoot and strengthen day-to-day use of IM tools post-training
- Monitoring, evaluation & learning (pre/post assessments, surveys, reporting)
- Resource planning with HR/Finance/Logistics

Requirements
- University degree in Information Management/Systems (Master preferred)
- English fluent
- 6+ years capacity building experience in information management
- Health & nutrition program experience (DHIS2/HMIS etc.) preferred
- Strong IT/data skills (dashboards, databases, KoBo/ODK/ONA)
