Project Supervisor 3

IITA is seeking a Project Supervisor 3 to coordinate and supervise facility and construction-related projects.

Key responsibilities:
• Receive, review, and analyse work orders and service requests.
• Determine project scope, priorities, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate Facility Management Services units, contractors, and field stakeholders.
• Develop work plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
• Monitor execution to ensure timely delivery, budget control, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and administrative issues.
• Ensure compliance with approved designs, drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and organisational standards.
• Conduct site inspections and track progress against performance targets.
• Prepare periodic reports on service requests, project status, completed works, and recommendations.

Requirements:
• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
• At least two years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in facilities management, corporate services, construction project management, or operations coordination is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of civil/structural engineering and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong organisational, time-management, communication, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary environment.
