Role summary
Moderators to conduct qualitative research fieldwork (FGDs and IDIs).

Key responsibilities
- Conduct FGDs and IDIs in line with the approved discussion guide
- Create a comfortable and inclusive environment that encourages open participation
- Probe effectively to obtain detailed and relevant responses
- Keep discussions focused on study objectives
- Obtain informed consent and maintain participant confidentiality
- Prepare and submit complete field notes and required documentation
