Role summary
QC Supervisors to support fieldwork quality assurance for research activities.

Key responsibilities
- Supervise recruiters and moderators during fieldwork
- Verify participant eligibility and recruitment quality
- Observe FGDs and IDIs to ensure adherence to research protocols
- Review field notes, recordings, and documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Monitor compliance with ethical standards, including consent procedures
- Provide real-time feedback and resolve field challenges
- Submit QA reports and updates to the project team
