Malaria Consortium is recruiting a temporary, full-time State Campaign Manager to join its team in Borno State, Nigeria. Salary: Competitive.

The Campaign Manager will plan, coordinate and implement ITN distribution activities and financial management in the implementation state, providing technical leadership across campaign planning, advocacy, procurement, supply chain management, household mobilization, demand creation, monitoring, evaluation, reporting, safeguarding and security.

The role will work under the supervision of the Programme Director, with dotted-line reporting to the Country Programmes Manager, and will coordinate closely with NMEP, SMoH officials, community leaders, health teams and other partners.

Key responsibilities include overseeing ITN campaign planning and implementation; supporting recruitment, supervision and management of campaign teams; developing work plans and budgets; coordinating procurement, microplanning, pre-positioning, training, logistics, warehousing, security and distribution; managing field staff and operational funds; monitoring household registration and ITN distribution; tracking performance indicators; supporting feedback and accountability channels; preparing reports and documenting lessons learned; and representing Malaria Consortium in relevant technical forums.

Essential qualifications and experience:
a Bachelor's degree or higher in health or social sciences; at least 7 years' relevant experience; 3–5 years' managerial experience; experience leading campaigns or similar projects; familiarity with mass ITN campaigns in Nigeria and NMEP guidelines; training experience; knowledge of ITN procurement, logistics, warehousing, security, demand creation and distribution; financial and short-term project management experience; and strong communication, leadership, diplomacy, stakeholder liaison, writing and computer skills. Experience in hard-to-reach locations, preventive malaria control, SMEP/NMEP strategies, participatory adult learning and mass ITN distribution is desirable.
