Qualification:

Sector experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable relevant experience in data collection (essential).
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable relevant experience in humanitarian field (essential).
Geographical experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in West Africa (essential).
Languages:
- Fluent in English (essential).
- Fluent in any local language(s) (essential).

Job description:
CTG provides tailored Human Resources and Staffing Solutions across humanitarian and development sectors. The role collects data for DTM mobility tracking, registration, flow monitoring points, surveys, and related tasks under DTM supervision.
Role objectives:
- Collect data and support relevant partners on data collection based on DTM methodology and tools.
- Maintain quality, integrity, and credibility during collection, interviews, and entries.
- Monitor and evaluate DTM operations in the field.
- Send collected information promptly to the Team Leader / Project Assistant.
- Carry out rapid registration, assessments, and surveys where needed.
- Ensure confidentiality, ethical consideration, and do no harm.
- Collaborate effectively with DTM partners in the field.
Key competencies:
- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in relevant field.
- Experience in humanitarian assistance, data collection, statistics, NGO or INGO preferred/mandatory as stated.
- Integrity, teamwork, clear communication, accountability, and flexibility.
Team management: The role has no managerial responsibility.
