Project Close-Out and Dissemination Events Management for Nigeria NGOs

This practical course prepares Nigeria-based NGO Country Directors, Project Managers, and Programme Managers to plan and deliver effective end-of-project close-out and dissemination events. It covers the purpose of these events, defining intended outcomes, workplanning, audience and stakeholder analysis, logistics, procurement, budgeting, documentation, facilitation, and event-day coordination. Participants will learn how to manage government, donors, communities, partners, and media; capture evidence and feedback; measure reach and uptake; and turn commitments into follow-up actions that support project sustainability.
