Impact Evaluation and MEL for NGOs in Nigeria

This practical training program helps NGO and development-sector employees in Nigeria use evidence to improve decisions, accountability, and sustainable impact. Designed for research-minded generalists, it covers intervention logic, evidence preparation, unit cost tracking, cost-effectiveness modeling, rapid decision-support analysis, and modeling proposed changes when data is incomplete. Participants will also learn to track evidence across sectors and manage relationships with communities, implementing partners, funders, and external evaluators.
