Policy Development and Advocacy for Nigerian NGOs

This practical public training program equips NGO and development-sector employees in Nigeria to develop evidence-based policies and advocate for change. Grounded in C4AIK’s mission of translating credible knowledge into practical action, it covers policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, government relations, advocacy planning, negotiation, policy briefs, and implementation. Participants will use Nigerian development-sector scenarios and interactive activities to identify policy problems, compare options, build coalitions, communicate recommendations, and take a policy proposal from concept to action.
