1. Job Submission Protocol

Submit Your NGO Vacancy

C4AIK welcomes job advertisements from credible NGOs, INGOs, civil-society organisations, and development-sector institutions operating in Nigeria.

To submit a vacancy:

  1. Complete the job-submission form.

  2. Provide accurate organisation and vacancy details.

  3. Upload or provide the official job description and application instructions.

  4. Select your preferred listing option.

  5. Complete payment where applicable.

  6. C4AIK reviews the submission before publication.

C4AIK reserves the right to reject or remove incomplete, misleading, expired, or inappropriate advertisements. Submission does not guarantee publication.

 

2. Listings

Basic Listing

Your vacancy will be published on the C4AIK NGO Jobs page with:

  • Job title

  • Organisation name

  • Location

  • Brief description

  • Qualifications and experience

  • Closing date

  • Application instructions or link

Featured Listing

Includes all Basic Listing benefits, plus:

  • Prominent placement on the jobs page

  • Featured label

  • Increased visibility during the listing period

Sponsored Listing

Includes enhanced promotion through selected C4AIK communication channels, subject to approval and availability.

All listings remain active until the stated closing date or for the agreed publication period. Employers should notify C4AIK if a vacancy is filled or withdrawn.

3. Payment Protocol

Payment is required before a paid job advertisement is published.

After selecting a listing option:

  1. Choose the relevant package.

  2. Complete payment in Nigerian naira.

  3. Submit the vacancy details and payment confirmation, if requested.

  4. C4AIK reviews the advertisement.

  5. Approved listings are normally published within 1–2 working days.

Payment covers advertisement and promotional placement only. C4AIK does not guarantee applications, interviews, shortlisting, or employment.

Payments are generally non-refundable once an advertisement has been reviewed or published. If C4AIK rejects a submission before publication, the matter will be reviewed and an appropriate resolution offered.

Important: C4AIK does not request applicants to pay recruitment fees. Applicants should apply only through the official instructions provided by the employer.
