Overview of position
Reporting to the Regional Finance Manager, the Finance Assistant supports CTG’s financial operations by ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and timely reporting across core areas.

Role objectives
Process supplier invoices; generate and reconcile client invoices; support client payments and overdue receivables; resolve invoice queries; support payroll and prepare remittance schedules; reconcile payroll with contracts and tax regulations; issue payslips; calculate and process PIT, social security and other applicable taxes; support audits; manage cash transactions and bank reconciliations; post to Sage; assist with budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, financial reports and audits; maintain accurate records and propose process improvements.

Reports to: Regional Finance Manager.

Requirements
University degree in Accounting, Finance or related field is a plus. Minimum 3 years’ experience in payroll processing, invoice management, accounts payable/receivable, ideally internationally. Fluent English and French. Sage, QuickBooks, advanced Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong attention to detail, tax compliance and financial reporting knowledge, ability to meet deadlines, integrity, confidentiality, communication and problem-solving skills. No team management responsibilities.
