The MEAL Support Staff will provide technical and operational support to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) function, ensuring programme activities are effectively monitored, accurately documented, and implemented according to organisational standards and donor requirements.

Key responsibilities:
• Support data collection, data entry, verification, analysis, and reporting.
• Manage accountability and feedback mechanisms.
• Facilitate learning activities across projects.
• Work with programme teams, field staff, partners, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
• Strengthen programme quality and demonstrate results.
• Identify challenges and promote continuous learning and improvement.
• Apply humanitarian principles and beneficiary-accountability standards.
• Communicate risks and follow safety and security procedures.
• Document lessons learned and provide feedback.
• Work effectively in pressured field environments.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and safeguarding standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Social Work, or a related field.
• Relevant certification or professional licence.
• At least two years’ experience working with children and families in case management or social work.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust with children and families.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities.
• Proficiency in case-management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
