Resolve to Save Lives (RTSL) seeks to engage a consultant embedded within the Office of the Honourable Minister of State for Health to support implementation, cross-ministerial coordination, policy advancement, and high-level action on lead exposure reduction and response in Nigeria.

Core tasks include stakeholder coordination (including IAWG on Lead Elimination), regulatory implementation/enforcement support for lead in consumer products, capacity strengthening (biomonitoring and testing), high-level policy advancement for the National Lead Policy and Implementation Plan, and technical advisory/reporting support.

Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field; 10+ years experience in environmental health/lead exposure prevention or regulatory systems; strong policy implementation and high-level stakeholder engagement experience.
