IPA is seeking a Sr. Policy Manager to support the growth of its Embedded Labs Program. Responsibilities include program delivery and technical support; monitoring, evaluation and learning; knowledge management, training and thought leadership; business development, fundraising and external engagement. A master’s degree in economics, development, international relations, public administration, public policy or a related field is strongly preferred, with additional experience accepted in place of a master’s degree. The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, strong quantitative and research skills, policy communication, project management, team supervision and experience working with NGOs, governments or multi-country programmes. Full-time position based in an existing IPA country office, with international travel of up to 25%. Reports to the Senior Director, Embedded Labs.
