Meaningful Learning: Why Our Courses Run for 4 to 20 Weeks
Why Our Courses Run for 4 to 20 Weeks
Employees in the development and NGO sector often travel to locations with limited or no electricity. They may also be deeply engaged in demanding assignments that leave little time for continuous learning.
C4AIK takes these realities into account when scheduling its courses, offering flexible durations that allow participants to learn at a manageable pace.
At C4AIK, our courses are thus designed to create meaningful learning, not rushed exposure to information. That is why our programmes run for a minimum of four weeks and may extend to a maximum of twenty weeks, depending on the subject and learning goals.
Trainees can request for an extension where reasons are acceptable to C4AIK.
Time to build understanding
A longer learning period gives participants time to understand new ideas, practise skills, ask questions, and connect learning to real development and NGO work.
Learning that leads to impact
Our programmes allow room for reflection, practical activities, feedback, and steady progress. The aim is to strengthen capacity and help learners apply what they gain beyond the course.
Flexible duration for different needs
Some courses can be completed in four weeks, while more detailed programmes require additional time. The duration reflects the depth of the subject, the pace of learning, and the outcomes participants are working towards.
C4AIK is committed to practical training, capacity building, impact storytelling, project and event MCing, and leisure sports that support development and NGO work.
C4AIK — Learn. Grow. Lead.
