Customized Training

Through our training needs assessment form, we identify the current gaps trainees have.  A suitable and fully adequate curriculum is developed to address the gap. 

To ensure right outcomes are attained;

  • Case study is applied

  • Teasers and practical sessions are engaged in to enable trainees gain the following;

    • Knowledge of root cause of the problem.  This happens naturally without trainees being told what they are
