Infos
This technical program prepares NGO professionals in North East Nigeria to design, manage, and improve food security and Cash for Work (CFW) initiatives. Suitable for new practitioners and senior staff, it covers food security analysis, labor-intensive project selection, inclusive participant targeting, transparent wage and payment systems, accountability, monitoring, and risk management. Using C4AIK’s practical do-it-yourself approach, learners apply international humanitarian standards through team coaching, reviews, and field-ready exercises. By the end, they can lead CFW interventions that meet immediate needs while strengthening local capacity, assets, and long-term community resilience.
