Registration is open only to individuals aged 18 years or older who have the experience, knowledge, and professional conduct required for the role they select.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3. Available roles

You may register as:

  • Subject Matter Adviser

  • Online Facilitation Guide

  • Both roles

A Subject Matter Adviser may provide technical guidance, content review, specialist input, or professional advice within their stated area of expertise.

An Online Facilitation Guide may support virtual learning sessions, guide discussions, assist participants, and help deliver training activities.

4. Registration does not guarantee engagement

Registration places your information in the INGOSPhere9ja expert pool. It does not guarantee:

  • Appointment

  • Selection for an assignment

  • A minimum number of assignments

  • Payment

  • Employment

  • A consultancy contract

  • Any continuing relationship with INGOSPhere9ja

INGOsphere9ja may review applications and select experts based on the needs of a particular assignment.

5. Engagement on demand

Facilitators and advisers may be engaged on demand by registered participants or by INGOsphere9ja when a suitable need arises.

Any specific assignment, fee, scope of work, timetable, deliverables, confidentiality requirements, and payment arrangements will be agreed separately before the assignment begins.

No work should be started on the assumption that payment will be made unless the relevant engagement has been confirmed in writing.

6. Professional standards

You agree to:

  • Act professionally, honestly, respectfully, and inclusively.

  • Deliver work within agreed deadlines.

  • Respect participant confidentiality.

  • Avoid discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and abusive conduct.

  • Disclose any actual or potential conflict of interest.

  • Avoid presenting personal opinions as official INGOsphere9ja positions.

  • Maintain the qualifications and experience stated in your application.

7. Accuracy and verification

INGOsphere9ja may request clarification, references, qualifications, samples of work, or other information to assess your suitability.

Registration information that is false, misleading, materially incomplete, or presented without proper authorization may result in removal from the pool.

8. Confidentiality

You must not disclose or misuse confidential information received through an assignment, including participant information, organizational information, training materials, internal documents, or commercially sensitive information.

This obligation continues after an assignment or removal from the pool.

9. Work materials and intellectual property

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

  • You retain ownership of materials you created before an assignment.

  • Materials specifically created for an assignment may be used by the commissioning party for the agreed purpose.

  • You must not use or reproduce INGOsphere9ja materials without permission.

  • You must not submit another person’s work as your own.

10. Removal from the pool

INGOsphere9ja may suspend or remove a registered adviser or facilitator where there is a concern involving inaccurate information, misconduct, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, poor performance, safeguarding, or breach of these Terms.

Removal from the pool does not cancel payment obligations already confirmed for completed work.

11. No employment relationship

Registration or participation in the pool does not create an employment, partnership, agency, or permanent consultancy relationship between you and INGOSPhere9ja.

You are responsible for your own taxes, professional registrations, equipment, internet access, and other personal operating costs unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

INGOSPhere9ja may update these Terms when necessary. Material changes will be communicated through the registration page, email, or another appropriate channel.

The version accepted at registration should be retained with the registration record.
