Organisational Development for Nigerian NGOs

This practical 8-week self-paced course helps NGO and development professionals in Nigeria strengthen their organisational development and transformation skills. Using realistic Nigerian NGO contexts, practical tools, reflection activities, and workplace assignments, participants will assess organisational challenges and develop workable improvement plans. The course covers organisational assessment, strategy, structures, leadership, change management, localisation, programme and grant systems, learning and MEAL, stakeholder engagement, communication, disability inclusion, and rights-based practice. By the end, learners will have developed an NGO transformation plan that can support stronger, more accountable, and more effective organisations.
