About the role
The Grants Coordinator will support the Grants Manager in ensuring high-quality programme delivery through effective grant-management processes across NRC operations in Nigeria. The role will work with budget holders to support donor compliance across the project portfolio, contribute to timely donor reports and external products, support project revisions and grant-agreement negotiations, and assist with proposal development. The position will also support mandatory activities under NRC’s Project Cycle Management framework and promote accountability, learning and high performance across the programme team.

Key responsibilities
• Support grant-management processes across NRC’s Nigeria portfolio.
• Work with budget holders to strengthen donor compliance.
• Contribute to high-quality, timely donor reports and external products.
• Support project revisions and grant-agreement negotiations.
• Assist with proposal-development processes.
• Support mandatory Project Cycle Management activities.
• Contribute to accountability, learning and performance across the programme team.
