Role summary
Warehouse Officer based in Katsina, responsible for overall warehouse operations: accurate inventory control, stock records, monitoring stock levels and quality control, and safe receipt/storage/dispatch of goods in compliance with procedures. Reports to Logistics and Supply Chain Manager. Proposed start: September 2026.

Key responsibilities (highlights)
Inventory & stock control
- Receive/verify incoming & outgoing goods; report discrepancies/damages
- Maintain stock records (SFU, bin cards, stock cards, etc.)
- Monitor minimum stock levels; review thresholds monthly
- Monthly physical counts and SFU reporting
- Track expiry dates; rotate stock; manage slow-moving/obsolete stock

Warehouse operations & storage
- Control access/keys; comply with KitLogV3 storage procedures
- Maintain clean/ventilated storage; temperature/humidity monitoring
- Segregate food/non-food/hazardous items; manage damaged/contaminated goods; coordinate disposal/fumigation

Documentation & dispatch
- Process SROs, Delivery Notes, Waybills; ensure verification/sign-off before release

Team supervision & coordination
- Supervise assistants/laborers; oversee loading/unloading; coordinate with procurement; report issues

Requirements (highlights)
- Bachelor’s in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or related
- 3+ years stock/warehouse management (I/NGO preferred)
- Strong Excel/record-keeping/analytical skills; integrity and professionalism
- English required; Hausa an advantage
