DISC Workplace Behaviour Check

DISC is a workplace behaviour model that describes four common styles:

  • D — Dominance: decisive, results-focused, and willing to take initiative.

  • I — Influence: enthusiastic, communicative, and motivating.

  • S — Steadiness: patient, dependable, cooperative, and supportive.

  • C — Conscientiousness: accurate, structured, careful, and quality-focused.


It can help people reflect on their communication, teamwork, leadership, and workplace preferences. It is not a psychological diagnosis or a measure of job suitability.


Before you begin, read the four descriptors:

• Dominance — taking initiative, making decisions, and focusing on results.

• Influence — communicating enthusiastically, building relationships, and motivating others.

• Steadiness — being patient, dependable, cooperative, and supportive. • Conscientiousness — valuing accuracy, quality, structure, and careful analysis.


Choose the answer that best describes your natural workplace behaviour. This is for self-reflection, not a professional psychological diagnosis.
