  4. Procurement process monitoring, control, Evaluation and overall performance reporting

  5. Procurement process stakeholders' identification and management, performance evaluation, on-boarding and common challenges

  6. Procurement process initiation protocols

  7. Procurement administration protocols

  8. Procurement close out protocols and conflict of interest 

  9. Procurement and Finance team process collaboration tool

Through our training needs assessment form, we identify the current gaps trainees have.  A suitable and fully adequate curriculum is developed to address the gap.
