Training

At INGOsphere9ja, we understand that what is obtainable in the commercial sector may not be applicable in the development sector if it does not reflect the culture and work ethics applicable in the sector.

Our trainings are therefore  tailored to suit the culture and work ethics of the development sector.  Our methodology encourages a 'do it yourself' approach through our simulation questions that characterize our training sessions.

Through our training arm INGOsphere9ja, we provide hands-on training with the following benefits;

  • Ability to understand the generally acceptable work environment, ethics and culture applicable in the sector to enable employees easily fit into the work setting with minimal supervision

  • Ability to understand the basic work requirement, and duties required to excel in their roles within the sector’s operations units.

To ensure the knowledge needs of the sector's employees are met, INGOsphere9ja has entered into teaming agreements with reputable service providers that have (through our re-orientation process) the requisite understand of the sector’s work environment and knowledge needs.

We also provide orientation to service providers to ensure they have a  good  understanding of procurement terms  and conditions acceptable within the sector
